turns out both of my accounts are shadowbanned.

i am gonna temporarily disable one and leave the other account untouched for 2 weeks.
let you guys know if it works.

okay please let me know. I will be waiting. My account is shadow banned too :'(
 
Thank you for this, but does anyone else have another advice other than deleting and starting over?
 
I had a +20k account shadow banned like this. Tried Instagram support, tried the 2 week temporary disable, nothing worked. I recently started a new account.

I saw a 250k account get shadow banned and he doesn't even know. It's unfortunate.
 
Is there multiple forms of shadow ban as I can see my post in most recent of the tags when not logged in, but they will not go in top posts even when they have more engagement than the other things there.

it seems my new account is ghosted as well. When I logged I see two of my posts in a 513 posts hashtag, If I log out I see none. It's very strange since I'm only doing manual activity.

My account's engagement rate has been falling down since last year, I think.
Just checked it online & my latest photo is still a trending in tags, thank God. :D
 
I have seen different posts of mine each time I checked the hashtag (513 posts). If I check logged out via web, I see none, it's a brand new account, no illegal activity. I think this reverse engineering thing with Instagram is overwhelming. :(
 
I am very worried about this. I cannot start over. I have only one account. And I think now I cannot grow. It's painful because I hoped too much.
 
Guys, just because your photos don't show up in a hashtag doesn't mean you are shadow banned. Some hashtags are corrupt, and when using those corrupt hashtags with other hashtags makes all of them corrupt. The result is your photos is not visible for other people who don't follow you.

If you want to make sure that it's a shadow ban, then upload a photo with only 1 hashtag and then open a incognito mode on your browser to check if your photo is visible in that specific hashtag. An example for such a hashtag can be your regional hashtag, for example #berlin or something.

One of my 3 accounts is definitely shadow banned, not showing up in top or recent hashtags. However one account is showing up in recent hashtags but not in the top posts even it should. Seems there might be different levels of shadow bans.
 
do you guys realise that each account get a diferrent landing "top tags" or "search" page depending of your likes and follows? this threads is non sens...
