Hi guys

Since all my previous attempts to make some money with methods I learned here didn't really have much succes, I am now trying to buy a service. They claim to provide an aged domain, which should mean the site is already having some traffic. They did me a suggestion, but I am not sure if there is any real value in it. I lurked around here how to estimate chances of a domain and these were the results:
- with Moz Open Site Explorer: DA: 14/100 and PA: 28/100 + 6 backlinks from 6 different root domains
All backlinks are from websites with DA 13 to 17 and PA 15 to 23. Spam scores are green everywhere (4 or less).
- with Waybackmachine: there are 29 snapshots in total. From the start in 2008 until 2014 it was just a regular blog hosted there that really was about the topic of the domain name. In 2014 the domain was sold and since then has been used to fill it with lots of articles (posts) that are cleary full of spun content. The quality is really low and every post contains lots of links in places where they don't fit. This is obvious spun content with the intention of creating backlinks for pages. Maybe this site was a service (PBN?) offered by some.
- with Whois: 76 records have been archived since 2008-06-26; 35 changes on 16 unique IP addresses over 10 years; 25 changes on 11 unique name servers over 10 years; the domain is available
- with ismywebsitepenalized.com: I cannot check because the domain is temporarly open

Those are my findings, but I don't know how to interpret the results. So I definetly need your help, guys. I am planning to build an authority site and put a lot of effort into it, but starting of wiht a wrong domain would make all effort useless. Could you please give me any advice if this is a domain worth purchasing?

Thanks!
Scalli

Was thinking the same. Thanks!
Does someone else agree on this matter?

Thanks!

PS: In the mean time I also found a Citation Flow (CF) on Majestic of 15. Don't think this changes things...

Thanks guys! I am going to skip this one then.
Glad to see that I am really learning about estimating the value of domains by just reading stuff here on BHW and trying to practice it. Thanks for the comfirmation, still to noob to do without.
