If the account shows verification required or is under review, there is still a chance of recovery. However, if an appeal is not possible or the system has made a final decision, the possibility of recovery is almost gone. It is best to have a backup plan.
 
If an account shows a verification message, recovery is possible with the right info. If the appeal fails, chances are low. Have a backup plan for high-value accounts.
 
If it’s a “violated terms” prompt with no appeal button, it’s likely hard banned low chance of recovery unless it shows ID verify option.

Your account is not banned yet but you need to verify your personal information. Please follow their instructions. If it does not work, please contact support to ask.

you need to check your account again Since your account is temporarily restricted and not permanently locked you need to send your information and restore your account to Meta from there they will verify your account If you can't access anything I think you need to contact Facebook support

if you click and don't get any information I think you can change to another browser to try logging in and see if it works
