I see your account is fine, the warning is just Facebook helping you protect your account, follow the steps as instructed and reset your password regularly
 
Safer recovery tips in the future:
Do not assign fanpage rights to new accounts immediately

Do not log in from multiple IPs/proxies in 1 day

Nurture accounts with natural behavior (like, comment, join groups)

You're not banned, the account is just under review. Pretty normal pending a verification, especially if you got flagged by the system in some way or multiple accounts are involved. Just complete the verification process, have the necessary information submitted, and you'd be good to go on that account.
If done right and still doesn't help, you'll want to get in touch with their support team.

Please verify your account and prepare additional backup accounts in case of the worst case scenario.
 
You need to verify your account. If you don't know your account yet, follow the instructions and if it doesn't work, contact Facebook support.

If the account is disabled, it will notify that the account is banned and you can no longer access it, but this is just a review notification, don't worry.
