Even if you call them you will be talking to a zombie, they don't care and don't help... They stole a Very good domain from me! Use Namesilos, they give free Whois and they actually care about their clients. Godaddy has too many clients to care about them anymore.
The thing is, they got SUCH a large marketshare of the domain market that it becomes difficult to ignore them in certain cases (TDNAM for instance).
2 days ago I lost $50 on their shitty coded auction site because of a common bug where their search doesn't update which caused me to bid on a domain I didn't wanna bid on.
And their auction staff goes on weekend from friday to monday so tough luck if you need support friday evening and the auction ends in 2 hours.
They didn't stole my domain. There was a problem while submitting request. They want just to know if im the owner of CC. Now there is no problem. And the service with godaddy is fantastic. I talk to a manager in facebook and twitter.
