Haha jesus christ, they stole your domain because you get error message while you send documents.

One advice for you mate: Dont start your own website, you have to cross IQ20 margin to start one.

yes i did, but they dont reply to me :(

I would try to contact them again, I am on the US Site I do not see an email address for them But They may for your site. They may also have a local number where you can call and speak to someone. They probably just want to verify your information and once that is done they will give you access to your account it makes sense.

Toll free numbers are numbers that allow callers to call without being charged.

This generally happens I believe when 1 or ALL of the registration/payment factors flags it as a potentially fraudulent purchase.
I'm not saying you committed fraud, but it's very common that "Mike Johnson in NYC paying via his paypal" is actually "Skeeter Mcgee in BFE paying with someone elses PayPal" I would be willing to bet if you review what you sent, compare it to what you didn't send....you'll find a clear answer in the middle. As previously mentioned....you could have called them by the time I wrote this reply.

It could be a phishing e-mail. You shouldn't click on this link, just go on your godaddy acount and log in. I have a few domains and I don't recall they wanted to send me ID etc.

Alternative way - join Namepros.com forum (it's forum for domainers). Then find user - Joe Styler. he is from GoDaddy support. Send him a message about your issue.

Finally i solved my problem thanks for All. My account now is very well.
Thanks
And sorry Godaddy now im happy :)

If you have problems with the form, you can send your documents directly to their email address.

That's a scam, the email is fake and not from godaddy. I've gotten that email. I called godaddy and customer service told me about it. They don't ask for you to send any personal documents on the site and they definitely don't thru email. The scammer somehow cloned the godaddy email address, they are very aware of it but are powerless against it as of yet..CHANGE YOUR PW. Hope u didn't send too much personal info.
