Hey everyone,
I’ve been experimenting with WhatsApp API to mimic email-style sequences (like lead nurturing and onboarding). Instead of email funnels, I’m testing 3-5 message journeys through WhatsApp.
Some early observations:
- Message open rates are close to 95%
- Replies are more personal and instant
- Users don’t mind short-form content over a few days
But I’m still testing what the ideal **gap between messages** is (daily, 48 hrs, etc.), and what kind of CTAs perform best.
Has anyone here fully replaced email with WhatsApp? Or used them together?
Would love to hear use cases or optimizations you’ve discovered.
