You're welcome. Make sure you adapt to your country etc. Also don't be afraid to ask your models passport number, or address etc, as it make it official and a bit of "authority" like if she ask why you ask me all that (like it happened to me before) just explain it's an official contract and it's totally normal. She will comply or don't work with her. If she sees you are a pro and that you have some sort of legal bound, this prevent to get issues down the road. So far I've never had issues like someone going with the money or something. (It can still happen even if you signed this). You can use docusign or i personally use Lumin Sign.

It depends where you live. In some places it's better as any kind of business. But you could be as a freelancer as well.
Most of the models I work with, I know from real life. I started with one girl at the beginning, and she told her friends, and the cycle keeps going. I think this is better because you can trust the model, and she can trust you back.

Before you just ask for random legal agreements from random people on the Internet, you might want to take a step back and figure out what rights you're trying to protect.
Contracts are all about protecting rights and spelling out every party's obligations.
If you're unclear, then it's very easy for you to go with a contract that doesn't really protect your interests or doesn't protect the interests of the model that you plan to represent.
The correct contracts should not just cover the things that you can clearly anticipate today, but also should have enough provisions to take care of possible future conditions.
At the end of the day, it's all about producing a win-win situation.

Find some sample templates, then upload them to ChatGPT and give it what revisions and parameters you need. You can just copy paste from ChatGPT to Google Docs and covert to PDF from there after you formate everything
This was a great example, definitely going to incorporate some of the language in here into my own contracts. Thanks!
