I don't think captcha can be easily solved by bots
there this thing where captchas can be disabled by meeting some requeriments within the page. you have to gamble some amount of btc or buy certain amount of lottery tickets.

You can check Alexa & compare it to a known site like BHW
https://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/freebitco.in ranks 1,433 in global internet engagement & BHW is 4,651 so that site is definitely getting traffic
and I wouldn't even know where to begin when it comes to bypassing that re-captcha

That webstie has changed my life ,I was going in bicycle few months ago ,i still remember the day i found the website OP has mentioned , that website changed my life i even lost my bicycle and both of my legs and going in stroller thanks to freebitcoin

using a software called faucet collector with capmonster. cloud, they have their own captcha solution at a higer price but more reliable... (capmonster sometimes has an hourly outtake every ~14days)
just google it and look if it is enough for you, running 40 accounts on 4.5gb now, the software hogs ram after days...(pausing it makes it more often makes it worse... but ensures that every faucet is killed properly)
satoshi win payouts are working, i am now at ~40k rp bonus = 40k sat but dont know if it will convert+ payout at 100k...
every main acc has two referral worker and gets 50%of direct income, main acc pays 65%-85% weekly so worker can buy lottery to be eligble for a 100rp/spin bonus... (direct btc or lottery bonuses aren't worth it)
there is premium, where you buy fun token and have no captcha but i am not into fun token, maybe yet if my brain has a lag of some sort.
