Has anyone successfully used Google Ads Threshold accounts repetitively?

Using it repetitively on the same website will end with a website ban and also account suspensions. The best practice to use these is to have new domains (copy of the main one - you can get free .com domains from amen.pt) and make ads. Also, you may need to change the text ad, some keywords and stuff to avoid suspension of the accounts used with the threshold.
