Has anyone seen this new linking method?

Recently I have learned about utilizing blended linking in sites to hide or mask the actual linking method. This concept is derived from the thought that sand bagged sites or blacklisted sites are manually reviewed before action is taken.

So the method is to create the do follow link with blended text color. Then in the same post create a no follow link that appears to the eye as an actual link. So the gbot reads the do follow which is the true target site and gives it credit.

However then on manual review only the highs authority site link can be seen, so you can use any random HIGH AUTHORITY site like wikipedia that is displayed as a link in the post.

So far this seems to work. Do you guys have any thoughts on this? The blog networks have kept up with this strategy. Thought I'd share it.

So in essence the bot only reads one link, and on manual review there only appears one link.
 
They don't manually review everything. There are trillions of webpages. It will require a lot of money for manual review.
 
Manual reviewers aren't likely to be fooled by such a tactic, to be honest. Even though they are 'manually' reviewing something, they are probably using software to make their job faster, not just a standard web browser. They will have plugins to highlight things, I reckon. Just keep things clean and natural, that's the key.
 
Hehe, this sounds amateurish. Blending colors and such is so old, G is not dumb, they have very good engineers in place.

Also what makes you think the reviewer isn't using any tools to see all links with anchor and attributes?
 
All I can say is my blog networks were taking heavy casualties on being deindexed before implementing this and now every new one I create with this liunking scheme they are not being de-indexed. I realize that there are a lot of theorires but I guess reality is what one experiences and this so far as not had any negative effects.
 
Hiding your links by blending colors will not work. You may as well hide them through custom css which is easy. This is what hackers are doing which works.
If you look at seo toolbars like from seomoz, they can highlight the nofollow, dofol, internal links and external links with various colors. So blending doesn't really work.
Something may be making your sites get deindexed. I seriously doubt your site is not getting deindexed because of blending link colors.

Blending colors is like so old. It is like in the year before 1999.
 
Yeah if you are looking to create hidden links, do so with CSS and throw links in a corner with overflow:none...it is still very risky and I would recommend against it, but it is better than hiding links in colors.

You dont need to worry about manual reviews on that level IMO but I would say that yes in my experance it does work
