Hello World!

Has anyone here ever used Grey.co for international payments or virtual bank accounts? If yes, could you please share how your experience was (reliability, fees, support, etc.)? I’m considering signing up and would really appreciate your feedbacks. Thank you in advance!

Their support is really wobbly. It's not completely bad but there sometimes are delays.

What about depositing for example 2000usd and then convert it to USDC, will this trigger something if the account is new?

I didn't have that type of problem when I used it. I don't think it would cause a problem.

Some people say Grey.co works fine for receiving international payments and creating USD, EUR, or GBP virtual accounts, and many users like the simple interface and fast transactions. But reviews are mixed overall, with a Trustpilot score around 3.7/5 and common complaints about high conversion fees, delayed deposits, and slow customer support when issues happen.

From community discussions, some freelancers report receiving thousands of dollars through it without problems, while others say deposits were temporarily held or reversed, especially if the payment source looks unusual or doesn’t match the account name.

In short, it’s considered a legit fintech service with a relatively good trust score, but like many virtual banking platforms it can be strict with compliance checks and fees, so it’s usually safer to test with small payments first before relying on it fully.
