Starting a "hard" YT jouney because I don't even have a computer yet. I likes games so I'm uploading Clash Royale replays right now and not even commentating. I'm hoping to get a gaming computer soon and I'll be doing lives every day. I'm working to upload at least 1 video per day so in 3 years I should have something no matter what.

I really like this so money will be secondary and I know that the channel could give me something back only in 5-10 years.

This will be a diary or something.

About the sub4sub thing it's just something to do and it feels good. And there's 100s (channel url) and 1000s (monetization) milestones on YT now

10 videos soon.

I figured that uploading cool small videos from other small channels like a funny play is easier for now. If I upload 1 of them every day will it be spam? The only video like that is the best one right now with 2 likes. Can YouTube know if a video is duplicated even with totally different tags and titles? Again I'm from Brazil.
 
Anyways I heard that the YouTube content ID is pretty good. Fortunally I'm now doing gaming news videos. Still 1 per day.

You can't upload duplicate videos. You need to re-render them - I am not sure if just changing md5 hash works. Just uploading ohter people videos is risky as you might get a lot of different copyright strikes. I would rather make compilations though I am not sure how copyright stuff Works then. If you plan to build a long term channel then you can't risk it.
 
I'm commenting other ppl videos too but this is crazy I rly dont think that I'm entertaining etc. I hope it comes along the way. I'm just too chill

If you just upload replays without any optimization you will have long road in front of you. In order to get a good amount of views you have to give the viewer a reason why he has to click on it. I am talking about a clickbaity title and thumbnail.
 
You should create or record a video in cyber cafe and launch it live from there using a gaming broadcaster by live views,in this way you will reach 4K hours quickly and then buy subscribers from social media pannel by investing 40 dollars maximum. So, with 140 dollars in hand you can monetize your account. In three years, you will have a good earning and more than one gaming computer just try to avoid using copyrighted content.

Its not being rewarding
I deleted some videos without voiceover and I'll try to make 100 videos
at least 3 per day. Monthly goals should be something I would consider
Goals are important because youtube is just too difficult right now
Back to 4 videos. I actually have 1 or 2 real subs.

Streaming is good but ppl are struggling anyways. Just saw one cool guy with only 50 subs.
So I guess I should just make a ton of videos
3 per day would be 10k videos in 10 years xD
Lol.. I gotta be just too bad to not go anywhere.

Bottomline commentating stuff/news should be even easier than gameplays

The key of YouTube is regularity.
Choose an upload routine and never, NEVER break this routine. I think 1 good quality video / day is good.
Optimize your engagement, like & comments, ask questions in the video to get comments.

To get your first subs, comment on the new videos of popular channel of your niche using reverse psychology.
