Hard to get query

hello,
i am working on online store website SEO in about 2 months, this site almost make me frustrated.
at the first time i work on this site, its already has hundred of backlinks but none of query, so i think i am the 2nd who work for this site.

problem that i got with this site is the site is difficult to get query from google, in 2 months i just got 3 new query with very low impression.
i don't understand what happen to this site,

any idea?
or may be you have experience about this case, please let me know the story.

i have made some new backlinks, i thought when i make new backlinks for my site it will rank higher regardless of the old backlinks.
are the low quality backlinks can make my site get minus value on google eyes or just pass no value to my site?

Are you working on your own site or for a client? If yourself, how come you do not know what sorts of backlinks your site already has and how to determine what could be the issue with ranking? Not every backlink type would lead to a ranking improvement. You need quality, high pr links from authority sites. But apart from that, you need to work on onpage factors, what keyword have you optimized for, what is your density and how is your anchor distribution.

it's my boss site, i got all control of it include google webmaster tool.
i looked into "links to your site" and i see some strange baclinks, such as expired domain and 404 page. i know they are low quality backlinks but i do nothing to them because i thought it just pass no value to the site not give the site minus value, please correct me if i'm wrong.

i have prepared my onpage seo, my primary keyword is "std test kit"
i have my keyword on 3 last words H1 text, the site only has 1 H1 on page and it has 8 words.

the keyword density are :
std : 4.56%
test : 5.66%
kit : 2.67%

i know have to do something to rank it, but i'm not sure what is it.
