I ordered a product on the website of the seller. The seller did never deliver the product that I ordered, he is also not answering my DM's. / support ticket.

In the thread the seller mentions instant delivery. This is definitely not the case.

I made a support ticket on his website, and I got no response. I have sent multiple DM's to the seller on BHW, but he did not respond.

What kind of outcome are you hoping for from this Dispute?
I hope that the seller gets banned and that his thread gets closed. Then he can no longer make victims on BHW.

Information For The Accused
@LicenseTown, you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.

Being desperate is not a reason to scam anyone for any amount. They do what they do, being desperate or not.

i got scammed to i order yesterday didnt knew he is not responding anymore
