Gyms opened

They’ve been opening and closing gyms so frequently where I live that I’ve set up a home gym lol...saves on travel time and I don’t have to watch the news everyday hoping they don’t close it again.

Good luck with the workouts David.

I can imagine. Ours have been closed for like 10-12 months since beginning of 2020. Hoping it will stay open as cases of COVID are dropping a lot since many people are now vaccinated.

If I would have space for a home gym, oh boi would I build the sickest gym ever. Already have a whole set-up in mind :D

Soon brother.. soon..

Gym is blessing it open here from past month have nice fun and big muscle bro

Our gyms just opened after 5 months. If I don't come online again for a week, don't be worried as you know where I'll be :D

on my ignore list :suspicious: and stop showing off I know your bst is coming for body building lol. And go light initially people rush to do heavy in thr start and get injury

Crying in bed after first exercise? :D
Nah man, we had the opportunity to keep training in an outside area when inside was closed :)

Yeah where I live gyms opened up quite recently as well, I guess it's time to jump on a cycle :D

Good news. Hopefully it stays that way.
We will get our old life back piece by piece. Well, at least most of it.

Gyms are open here too, but you can only visit them with vaccination certificate.

Just destroyed my legs, someone has a wheelchair to borrow for the next 2-3 days? :anyway:

Glad the gyms are open.

But, I have a friend that's got an auto-immune condition and is medically exempt from taking the vaccine.

Is there an option for people to go to the gym if they show a negative test?

Slightly worried, because if that rule comes to the U.K, then he (and other people like him) won't be able to go to gyms. :(

Which, aside from being pretty sad, is blatant discrimination.

Is it safe to go gyms now? It's a risky option to go to gyms now, because covid patients need some excersizes, we don't know who will come to gyms.

Yes, The first day after a lockdown :weep:

If you have COVID you could also take a walk outside which makes you more active than 95% of the population

I'm not a gym freak but my elder son needs to go gym
He is only 12 & he weight over 70 kilo
I'm really worried
Gym is open but it's a very bad time here
No vaccine here

Tell him to eat less, will do the trick. He can also walk outside or ride on a bicycle. Jogging burns more than lifting.
