I can imagine. Ours have been closed for like 10-12 months since beginning of 2020. Hoping it will stay open as cases of COVID are dropping a lot since many people are now vaccinated. They’ve been opening and closing gyms so frequently where I live that I’ve set up a home gym lol...saves on travel time and I don’t have to watch the news everyday hoping they don’t close it again.
Good luck with the workouts David.
Crying in bed after first exercise? Our gyms just opened after 5 months. If I don't come online again for a week, don't be worried as you know where I'll be![]()

Yeah, a forearm imbalance is also common by doing one movement with the same arm all the time..Pubs are open back in the U.K. now.
My right arm is killing me after keep picking them pints up. Maybe need to swap arms to help build up the left arm muscle too
Gyms are open here too, but you can only visit them with vaccination certificate.
If you have COVID you could also take a walk outside which makes you more active than 95% of the populationIs it safe to go gyms now? It's a risky option to go to gyms now, because covid patients need some excersizes, we don't know who will come to gyms.
Tell him to eat less, will do the trick. He can also walk outside or ride on a bicycle. Jogging burns more than lifting.I'm not a gym freak but my elder son needs to go gym
He is only 12 & he weight over 70 kilo
I'm really worried
Gym is open but it's a very bad time here
No vaccine here
