Guys need help with my new gig..

I have recently joined a cpa network related to casual dating but they are saying i need to be an affiliate first and then they will switch me to cpa program. They need to see if i can bring traffic and have a few conversions. I don't have much money to spend on this. Can you guys suggest me some organic ways to promote this.. and is there any free hosting provider for landing pages.
Please do share your thoughts would mean a lot.
