Guys I need your help about selling a domain.

If the domain is copyrighted its International organizations rules that apply, and yeah you will lose the domain despite registering the domain from country that "doesnt have any laws in domains".

If you bought it before they copyrighted the name, you could try contacting them yourself.

If you bought it after they copyrighted and released the game then the domain could be taken away as you just performed domain squatting and it goes through due process and the domain is transferred.

Domains registrars are obedient to ICANN. Any registrar that sells ICANN domains will transfer the domain. It doesn't matter about the country. Local extension owners will also do the same thing

And this does not care about what country you are from and what registrar it is. If the registrar will want to continue business, they will comply with UDRP.
