Guys, how the heck do we make sure the posts we do on various groups

Guys, how the heck do we make sure the posts we do on various groups we 've joined (closed or opened), don't show up on our wall ?

Man if i need to post the same message to a few of them, all of the messages sent, are showing up on my wall.
Which is annoying for everyone of course. Well they group it if i'm not mistaken but still...

You should have accounts for posting to groups seperate from accounts with loads of friends, 1 because of this reason and 2 you will run into roadblock after roadblock if you dont
