Looks like they changed early launch to further by 30 minutes.
 
What are the requirements? The wind speed is currently at 1.3 km/h and the atmosphere is very clear.

honestly not sure, considering it takes them 2 hours to get up there, so i guess they have to make sure they have a good window of very low wind speed
 
ok so been delayed now a further 3 hours from now lol.
