You'd be surprised how people get ahold of things. I ran into a very similar situation recently with my little cousin. She had semi-nude and nude pictures of herself while she was body building as progress shots. Someone hacked her e-mail and took the photos after she e-mailed them to herself from her phone (she didn't have her data cable at the time)!

Very similar to your GF, she was asked to take pictures of herself in certain positions (that the guy specified) and they wouldn't "distribute" the photos. In this case, he had her entire address book that he could've sent the photos to so it was looking very bad.

In her case, she was able to ignore him (even after he sent his "final" threat) and he seemed to back down. She never responded to his e-mails or threats. However, we were able to open up a police investigation since the guy was in the USA.

It seems like most times if a person just doesn't answer at all, they will get bored and figure you don't check your e-mail and don't even know what's going on. Challenge lost. However, at least your girlfriend only seems to have underwear shots and not nudes? I mean, underwear shots are pretty common for almost all models and it shouldn't be that incriminating depending on the nature of the photoshoot. In reality, it's not much different than having shots of yourself in a swimsuit.

Go to any local police station and tell them you want to report a very serious cyber crime... try to meet the top officer for your locality.

They know what to do next.
