[Guide] Unclaimed GMB Listings Creation Method

Hello,

I haven't shared here anything worthy from a long time.

I gained huge knowledge & also earned good money from this awesome community it's the time to giveback something worthy.

So straight forward i am in gmb business from a long time & I have done many experiment with maps, today i going to share golden method which i have learned from experiments.

I don't think i need to explain the power of gmb for local business.

Let's Start

What you need to create unclaimed GMB listings

1. Fresh Gmail account which was never used for gmb or gmap.
2. A Good vpn to avoid your IP blacklist

Let's Start

Step 1: Go to https://business.google.com/locations it will ask you to login just login with fresh email

Step 2: Click on Add Business fill the details.








Once you click finish it will ask you choose verification just ignore it




Step 3: Click on manage location



Now to info tab & click on finish button



After clicking finish button it will show something like this

Just wait few second refresh & see google still verifying your information if you see something like this

Boom! Congrats your listing has been approved now the task is how to find listing because before without ownership you can't able to find url from dashboard so now what?

Step 4: Just search for the address on map what you filled in listing.

Nothing found on map?

Nothing to worry whenever we add any new business it's takes time to show in google map & search but still you can find it easily just zoom in map & click near by address point

Now a days i am not too much active in the forum so may be i will not able to answer your questions

FAQ

Is this method anywhere?
No, As we all know google fighting hard with spam listings so it is currently working fine only in Europe.

Is it working for any category?
Again ans is no only easy non spammy category can get approved by this method.


Now Just your own experiments with gmb i can't cover all the thing. There are a lot of things you do with map you just need to understand how google my business or gmaps work.

Sure - Get on to the big G and search for those companies who will pay for leads in the industry or service business you have just created a listing for.
Apply to them and get a unique phone number from them to put in your listing or an affiliate link to their site where your sites visitor can inquire for that service.

Do not forget:
1) those who inquire through a listing such as yours wants that service badly as it is local to where they are/need it (could be urgent need - see example 2 below)
2) included with the listing you have just created is a G website you can create content and drive more traffic to your 'business'
3) there are those on this very forum who can work magic with your listing and rank it for just about anything - and surrounding areas - go look.

Giving the farm away here but this is something I have not shared before so its about time to give back to this community - even if it is a bit of a thread hijack - sorry OP.

Example 1 - Lawyer for driving under influence = big cash per phone call lead - go look in G keyword tool for CPC in these rich picking niches = GOLD.
Example 2 - Emergency 24 hour electrician in XXXX city = high CPC

Thanks for the openness here. This clarifies a couple of things:

The referral company you join will give you a unique telephone number to use so only that number will register as from you.
They are essentially brokers who buy hot leads from you and pass on to business'es who pay top dollar for the lead as their value is very high.

There are also referral companies who will give you a landing page link so on your listing where it has 'website', you place your affiliate link there and it directs the customer to that lander which will have a number on it for them to contact - or a form to fill - and you get credited.
Much easier to go this route and its hands off cash.

IMPORTANT - get a service here (BHW) to rank the listing so you can bank, otherwise you will sit buried page wherever - you must get into the 3 pack for this to work properly.

I urge others to very carefully read what the OP wrote about where this will work and how. You need to keep very clean footprints...

Way too much like hard work (I am a lazy SOD) because you have to battle the individual business for payment - rather sit in the background anonymous and let the referral company do that. But I like your take on it
As you say the OP gave a great method. Set and forget once you have the ranking done by others who are a lot better at doing that than I ever would be.

So you need to find a business in a directory or something like that that is not in Google maps yet and has a lot of citations? Or maybe somewhere that is out of business but wasn't on google maps? Is that what you mean by unclaimed?

hello , I am slightly confused. What is this method for ? Using the analogy above , First we need to find an existing business "instant loan agency " GMB listing that has not been claimed and then claim it and get it verified? right ?

The next question is how do we find the unclaimed GMB listing ? by manually going through all the map listing or is there a faster way ? Can Someone help ?

No, unclaimed means maps listing without a owner

You taking it wrong way let me try to clear how to you utilize this method

1. Do research find low competitive & high paying niche for example cleaning service, plumber, ac repair, towing, etc
2. Create new listings by focusing your keywords.
3. Try to outrank other player by making citation & other map optimization way
4. Find reliable program pay per call program & join
5. Forward them call & get paid

Created by you and you claimed it of course

or

You just found an unclaimed GMB listings by accident or design and then claimed it ? If the case , how do you verify the address as you just found it ...

Which is it ?
