When you start doing good money CJ will ask you how you bring traffic to your site, and they will probably see it's not legit. I got my payment cancelled due to this. I was cloaking, sending people from yt to my LP then to the offer automatically, but I don't how but they could tell my LP was not getting the traffic it was supposed to get to make such amount of sales. I should probably have diluted this with fake traffic.
With push ads though you should get lots of traffic so it shouldn't be a problem.

I believe cloaking is unnecessary if a campaign is a good one.
So either put effort into a good campaign or try to beat the system. Beating the system is only possible for those with big experience. Wouldn't recommend at start. It requires plenty of startup money. At least from what I saw.

I saw some guys are promoting the same with Facebook traffic. So for example, they are doing a very clickbaity ad (about a celeb, or generic thing), and than they are sending the visitor to "You are infected page, scan your PC now".

Referencing GringoMonkey's post as an example of what I'm about to say.
The problem with CPA and the reason looking at top offers isn't useful is because the guys who are profiting have hidden economics.
You can't just copy their ads/landers and profit.
Below is an example of the hidden economics..
He was paid daily. He was taking advantage of low cpc branded keywords when that was allowed. He spent 3 months testing the entire model. And he was leveraging the leads across multiple platforms.
This is all the hidden economics he was running behind the scenes that was difficult to copy.
And I don't take credit for the term 'hidden economics'. That comes from Alen Sultanic.
All the guys killing it with offers/products have hidden economics that are difficult to find. In order to be successful you need to compete on the economics, and not compete on the ads/landing pages.
