[Guide] Thinking on a Link Building strategy from scratch

I never use social signals and i rank just fine without it, i have run several tests and there is no absolutely evidence at all that suggests that social media has any effect on rankings at all...

Also, I would not use niche-edits but, put that money into building my own PBN where the P (private) is very important, niche-edits are extremely overpriced for the results you get (same goes for guest posts) just a waste of money.

Also waiting to start with backlinking makes no sense, i never wait, when i build a new site i throw around 30/40 articles on it and when it is indexed (most of the time within a week or two) i start backlinking, no need to wait and no need to make it complicated with tiers of quality links.

I throw everything in the mix, do follow, no follow, some comments, PBN links and some charged up web 2.0 properties, cus that is how it also works in the real world with real sites that are not being built to manipulate rankings.

If you think you can outsmart Google with this easy to catch, riddled with footprints method... Then be my guest, but you are making it way more complicated than really needed.

Stop overthinking it, it isn't that complicated!

TL,DR:
First layer
  • 1st week: Create profiles on Social Media (FB, TW...). Get fake signals from the SMM panel. 20-50/day.
  • 2nd week: Link from forums like Reddit or niche-related forums. 1-10 posts/ day for the 2nd week.
  • 3rd week - 1st month (or after 3 months if you are a pussy): Link from tire 1 web 2.0, guest post, PBN. (1-5 guest posts. PBNs)
  • 2nd - 4th month: Link from HARO, media guest post, press release...
  • 4th - 6th month: Link from informational articles on sites like Wikipedia and all wiki-type related.
Second layer
  1. Blasting with SEO tools (GSA, SEO Autopilot...)
  2. Creating your own PBN (build from the 1st day and use after 3-6 months)
  3. Niche-edits
  4. .GOV and .EDU site
  5. Creating sub-blogs for micro-niche
  6. Change.org (or related-site) proposal
Disclaimer
  • This is more about strategy than volume.
Extra for local site
Name, Address, phone, and email must be the same in:
  1. All citation pages in the country.
  2. GBM.
  3. Schema.
