when ever i search for fortnite skin generator there's this gov site I always see. https://ohso.ok.gov/ but I cannot find the upload pdf

The Op said you must search for those that have PDF uploads. But that is very tedious so what i did is to add "upload" to the search term and you will find the sites that allows file uploads.
