Sure. You can actually create a Wyoming LLC yourself by: choosing a name, hiring a registered agent, filing the Articles of Organization ($100) on the Wyoming Secretary of State website, then applying for an EIN from the IRS, and opening a business bank account.Guide me to do us llc by myself and also suggest where i can get us llc with everything within reliable price
what is the real challenge then? You can form a US LLC yourself directly on the Secretary of State website (Wyoming is popular if you’re non-US), usually $100–$150 plus $50–$150/year for a registered agent. The EIN is free from the IRS if you apply yourself. Don’t overpay middlemen $800+ just to file basic forms. The real challenge isn’t forming the LLC it’s banking, taxes, and staying compliant after it’s set up.
Like you said, the real headache is banking, EIN for non-US residents, and ongoing compliance. That’s where most people get stuck, not the formation part.what is the real challenge then?
Is there anyway to check if an registered agent is legit? I am unsure since yelp reviews... I have been trying to contact the secretary of state through email haven't received answers.Like you said, the real headache is banking, EIN for non-US residents, and ongoing compliance. I think middlemen only make sense if you want convenience, otherwise DIY is the better move.
just stick to bigger registered agents or send a list and maybe someone already had experience with themIs there anyway to check if an registered agent is legit? I am unsure since yelp reviews... I have been trying to contact the secretary of state through email haven't received answers.
The issue with the big ones they charged 100$+ to stay compliance every years while some agents only charge 49-50$+ each year for their service,,,just stick to bigger registered agents or send a list and maybe someone already had experience with them
If you think that saving $50 a year justifies the potential problems/headaches, then you should go that route - for me, it's not worth it.The issue with the big ones they charged 100$+ to stay compliance every years while some agents only charge 49-50$+ each year for their service,,,

Why so have you faced issue in the past? I bet you have a a big company that earns a lot I kind of understand where you are coming from ofcs when we get bigger we might switch to more pro agent with high cost fees rightnow i am just thinking to start that's why the price is convenient to me.If you think that saving $50 a year justifies the potential problems/headaches, then you should go that route - for me, it's not worth it.
Switching an agent will cost additional fees. Depending on the state, that may exceed the $50 difference in savings. Why so have you faced issue in the past? No the registered agent don't have the option to switch agent or might have i need to request i only pay 50$ fees every year for them to stay compliance. I don't think it will charge 20$/month no hidden fees they stated. But i've heard some person complaining. But they advertised they will scan all the documents your company receives and they will email them to you, but after receiving just a 3 documents, they started charging extra from what ive seen from the reviews.Switching an agent will cost additional fees. Also, make sure that the $50 agent isn't going to charge you additional fees for annual and monthly filings. In my experience, the $100/yr companies are all-inclusive, while the $50/yr companies will charge you an additional $20/mo.
Thank you i am not this thread starter i've done the LLC research myself 1 year ago just joined the discussion to ask about peoples experiences on running LLC in the US.There's a sticky post on this section https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/h...s-us-bank-account-all-sources-shared.1417514/
