Just wanted to give my 2 cents to the topic.
Most of the servers I set up are Open Lite Speed, however I don't use their bloated WordPress plugin, nor the overrated WP-Rocket.
Instead, I use this gem:
I usually combine it with Phastpress of course.
And, especially on dynamic sites with lots of plugins, I use Assets Clean Up plugin too ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-asset-clean-up/ )
Even on super heavy pages I got very nice results, usually 98-100% on both performance and structure on GTMetrix)
