[GUIDE] How To Find Clients For Free (Almost)

Actually, without your guide and that free Sales Navigator, I'm telling you, I wouldn't pass the assessment. LOL. So thank you again!;)

I'm just waiting for our scheduled training/orientation to start. For now, I'd like to gather some important tricks and techniques from this thread. I'm pretty sure that it will be a bloody journey and it's quite challenging for me since I got ZERO experience with sales/email outreach.

I'm also suspecting that without qualified leads/sales coming from me within a specific timeframe, then it would be the end of my contract. I don't want that to happen so I have to make this work. :smirk:

Here's some of my questions for now:

1. Are you able to filter results based on someone's "certification"? Based on the test for our target leads, it's important that the person is knowledgeable or experienced with a specific software. So far, I found this option when filtering for lead accounts, so it shows companies that have or are using a specific software. I'd like to do the same in filtering for the people/employees.

2. Is it possible to know that the email you've sent has been received and read already by your target prospect?

3. For your outreach email, how does your content usually looks like? Is it a plain block of text? Do you use catchy images? Or..do you also include videos? Will the videos even show in the email? or it's just the video link that will show?

Seems like a lot of questions are popping up as I write this but I'll limit it for now. Thank you @Shyout .
1. Not sure about certification. You could search the mention of a specific software using LinkedIn Sales Navigator but that's difficult information to find.
2. You can see that. Most email automation solution track your opens by default.
3. I usually use plain text. Very short & straight to the point. You can experiment with videos/images later on if you're looking to improve your campaign results.
Thank you so much, I will definitely give woodpecker a try once the two week period of email warm up has been over.

I'd like to know if you'd recommend me getting "Cold Email Mastery" as I can see that it'll be suitable for someone like myself as a agency.

Do you think it'll be worth for me getting it, and is there any case studies examples that would greatly benefit me and giving me a shortcut in terms of trial and error to avoids?

Also, in my case I do not need a full automation scale, would you also recommend me getting the recommended "Outbound on Autopilot"?
Yes, I recommend the Cold Email Mastery course. I got it after cold emailing for 6 months and I still learned a lot from it. It does show examples/templates and there are videos of other people talking about their experience & mistakes inside the course.

If you don't need to automate everything yet, you can wait a bit before getting the "Outbound on Autopilot" course.
Wow just amazing , You have written Properly and point to point , I am already started testing
Thank you.
Great thread filled with information. Do you also have experience with Apollo? Anyone has insights into how Apollo compares with some of the other email senders mentioned above: Woodpecker, Klenty, Reply, Lemlist, Mailshake?
I haven't used Apollo to send emails. I used it for its database. I think Apollo is better for gathering leads than for sending emails. But you can test all of these for free anyways (except for Mailshake).

I got the inspiration from a question I received in my DMs. This is geared to people offering B2B services.

If you've seen some of my posts, you might have noticed I talk a lot about Cold Emails.
This is because, it's by far, my favourite way to generate clients and I believe it is an underrated channel when used correctly.

The only issue is that you need a lot of tools to get started. The good news is that cold email software is a very competitive industry, this means that a lot of tools offer a trial version. We will take advantage of that to get started.

1/ The first step of your lead generation process is to source & filter an audience. You'll need the LinkedIn Sales Navigator (= the premium version of LinkedIn). The good news is that they offer a 30-DAYS trial version (cost = $0).

2/ Second step will be to extract your lead searches from LinkedIn to some Excel/Google Sheets. You'll need a tool such as Phantombuster to do this at scale. Once again, good news: they offer a 14-DAYS trial (cost = $0)

3/ Third step will be to get the email addresses from your leads. Kleanleads let you do that and they offer a 7-DAYS trial (cost = $0)

4/ Once you have your list of email addresses, you'll need to verify them to ensure that the emails are valid. EmailListVerify allows you to verify 100 emails for free. Zerobounce also. Same for: VerifyBee, TrueMail.

5/ Now you want to insert your clean list of email addresses to an email sending tool that will automate your email sending and follow-ups. Use Woodpecker for that. Alternatives: Klenty, Reply, Lemlist. They all offer a 14-DAYS trial (cost = $0)

6/ Finally, you will want to warm up your email address to make sure you don't land in spam. Use Warmupinbox for that. They have a 7-DAYS trial (cost = $0)

The only issue is that you'll need to set up a domain and an email address from which to send. This can be done with less than $20.

That's it for now. For those who wish to get started with Cold Emails, I recommend the Cold Email Mastery (paid) course from Cold Email Wizard. If you don't have any money to spend just yet.

Cheers :)
This is a great tip.
Can i reshare this on other platforms
And for Content I'll tag you

That's awesome, thank you!

Do you happen to know a good, easy to use software to create fancy email signatures?

I actually don't. Why do you need that?

I think it's a good way to show your brand with links to your site, store, social media, etc. As well as having your contact details. Don't you agree?

The prospect is more interested in WIIFT (What's In It For Them). More important to write a personalized message, offering something that's valuable for their business. A simple signature with your name, phone and email address should be sufficient (no need for software).

Fair enough! Thanks :)

Hey man,

I head your advice and signup to those tool via your affliate link, I'd like to ask since I'm stucked at the 3rd step.

I've already extracted links via using phantomblaster but however it seems that there's no function or tools that I can import the list into kleanleads. Additionally, I've bought the cold email marketing wizard course as well I'm currently going through the entire course.

Could you direct me to which tool is able for me to import those leads linkedin profile to extract their emails ?

I used the "Sales Navigator Search Export" on phantomblaster and it doesn't extract any domain URL, i'm not sure how do I plug it into kleanleads because it usually ask for the person's domain or name.

There's function that allows me to import the linkedin profile link. Any advise would be great.

Wont the hosting provider block you? I have namecheap and I should use my mailsever from hosting to mass email people which are not subscribed?
How can I get this done without getting blocked?
