[Guide] How I read a book in 10 days?

Idk but I find listening and watching is better than reading and i can understand fast

Don't read all nonfiction books from front to back. Better to just search for useful info.

Read the title
Read the back
Read the inner selves
Read table of contents

Then jump around chapters which interest you

Or read first and last page of every chapter

Or just read the first and last chapters

After you did that and are still interested, then read the book front to back.

Just by skimming a book you will walk away with a good idea or two even if you have the book.

Most books are crap, too complex for you to understand or just too boring for you too understand.

Pick highly rated books you understand and like.

Then why read Black hat forums if it's all on YouTube? Because BH content is not on YouTube as are most other topics.
 
Your mind will slowly get used to reading books if you dont like reading. I love these strategies, one could also just hold a book. After a while it becomes pleasurable for the mind. When I first meditate my mind was all over the place, now my mind loves it. Also listen to ebooks along with book, though I like reading without at times.
 
Audiobook helps a lot in terms of saving time as well as reading multiple books in different topics I could cover more books more than the usual rather than sticking to a single one. Audiobooks are mostly for more educational subjects.

I dont get it though why speed through the book. If its a good book I really really want to slow it down and enjoy every moment of it as the feeling of knowing the story, the lesson, etc will only happens once.
 
I have been using audio books, which have increased my reading rate substantially. for example, last year, when i started using audiobooks, i could read 10 books (15-30 hours long) . it is not a big number, but it is a huge leap in my reading rate.

you can read a book in 1 day ,not in 10 :) the question is, what will you understand from it? every 'smart' man knows that the rehearsal is the mother of teaching. If you want to understand an information from a book, you have to read again the main ideas.Otherwise you can spent that time going in a slut house or reading useless ( copy -pasted) and old information like OP's one.

This is a great thread. I always have a hard time reading a book but I barely get bored reading a long thread with many pages on forums. I am soooooo glued to my phone!
 
Do what I do. Read the intro and the conclusion-last chapter.
Scan through the headings of the book or chapter titles.

Then read in blocks.

This can help you crush a 200 page book in a few das
