If you want to avoid meaningless hassle or potential long term losses, look into getting aged accounts as they will prevent you from having catastrophic loss.

Aged acitivity is even better, both paired is invincible.

Nice guide. I was just thinking about this stuff. I am sticking to following 150 users per day at the moment (account has 3k followers), and then unfollowing non-followers after 3 days.
