You can use techniques like - forum postings, blog commenting, social bookmarking, social media marketing, etc...

If you are not aware how to use them, you will get lot of information on internet...

Perfect strategy. But you have to spend lot of time.
I want to suggest you. Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Tumblr, Hubpage etc. high PR WEB2.O and Social Networking ******** site can bring you effective backlink and give you long lasting result.
So Social Network and WEB2.0 platform is very very good.
