To add latest trailers on your own free video sharing websites
You need to install a plugin that downloads trailers and to find the actual source of the files, or just look for ways to promote trailers with complete permission.

If you are being "creative" with this method, you should find your sources https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/torrents.75/of BHW and ask for legal advice if needed there as i won't be covering it here, but everything you need to find is already available there.
Recommendation
For downloading trailers and making the process faster, you can invest $10-$50 in a Windows VPS or Windows RDP if your home connection is slow, this will save you a lot of time and add an extra layer of privacy/anonymity.
Recommended countries for this are Netherlands, Russia, Moldova, Romania (No-Adult if you are twisting my method) and Bulgaria (No-Adult if you are twisting my method), so look for web hosts in this areas. For people twisting my method for adult, before you go and burn your cash, you want to note that Romania and Bulgaria do not allow adult (legal pornography is banned).
The process & sources
Once you have the file you wanted on your computer/RDP, you now need to upload it to your own source. There are two ways you can do this and both of them have their own pros & cons.
Paid (your own server)
Your own powerful (PAID) dedicated server in Russia, Moldova, Romania (no-adult), Bulgaria (no-adult), Malaysia, Panama, Iran (no-adult) and similar locations.
Pros - Full control, ability to add more privacy software, custom video players, inject advertisements in video players, inject links that will pop up (i.e. youtube video you want to promote) when player starts, have a pop-up for a survey you want people to fill when play button is clicked, setting up advertisements at X second while the video is being played, real time advertisements (messages for users) & more.
Cons - Dedicated servers are expensive, if you are a complete newbie you will most probably run into setup issues from start, if you are an intermediate user you may still need help from coders and custom scripts that cost additional money. Monthly expenses can go beyond $300 easily and your bandwith can be exhausted in just a couple of days if you have 100K+ UV per day for example.
Free (existing video sharing websites that allow you to share any type of video file)
Free video sharing networks (plenty of them) that you can find on BHW if you just do a few minutes search, i will also leave some recommendations based on what i see people using here.
A list of free video sharing websites that i have encountered BHW folks using them, some of them also pay you per view (but they shave a lot) will be listed below.
Pros - Free, you do not spend money and you can get lucky and earn some extra ads when the owners decide to actually really pay their users. Some of the networks offer access to files that other users uploaded and you can easily get latest content already there.
Cons - The first 4 on the list often remove videos, but are trusted and they do not have much ads. The others inject ads, sometimes very annoying, even malicious in their players, so you need to keep an eye on them. Often, they will just turn to be barbarian and remove your stuff sending you a link to become their paid customer to get your files back.
