I need to create social media accounts for approximately 200 brands. Each brand will need accounts on Meta (FB & IG), TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube. While I plan to hire someone for the actual work, I'd also like to educate myself, as things have changed a lot since I last managed social media directly in 2018.
These accounts will be transfer with the brand when sold. Our primary goal is to secure the handles but we may want to also implement some gradual growth strategies. The accounts will see minimal use. We may post occasionally to keep them active/minimal growth efforts. We'll likely only the accounts during creation and around the time of sale. The timeframe from account setup to sale is uncertain but could range from 6 months to 1.5 years.

- Account Inactivity: Platforms may deactivate accounts that are not logged into or lack activity after a certain period.
- Domain Use: Could using a single domain to register all accounts lead to banning or blocking? We plan to use one domain but create individual email addresses for each account (e.g., [email protected], [email protected]).
- Verification: Many tools offer phone verification, but how do you retain a phone number for long-term access? If we need to verify an account a year later, is there a service that provides a number we can keep for 1.5 years? Maintaining 200 numbers for 1 year sound a bit expensive and preference is on cost effective to free.
- Account Management: After creation, what are the best practices for accessing roughly 1,200 varied accounts (200 brands × 6 platforms each) without triggering security bans? For example, using tools like Dolphin Anty or Multilogin.
- Recommendations: Lastly, are there trusted and recognized community members you would recommend to handle the account creation work?
