Guest Posts or Link Insertion?

Thank you guys, your answers really helped! I'm hoping to make my site grow (still learning) and then share my experience with the BHW community.

Both are effective!
My personal opinion is to try Guest Post, will gives organic traffic

How much they ask for for guest blog and link Insertion?
How do you reach out them?
 
I have purchased some high-quality niche editor insert links and guest blog post services for many of my websites, but the effect is not obvious. I think PBN is the best backlinks. Niche editors and guest blog posts's effect are pretty mediocre.
 
Both ways are good but if you want go with cheaper way then go with niche edits but if you want the best then go with link insertion.

Really?? I've read that many who have use PBN get temporary results and then their websites are nowhere to be found...

It doesn't matter about link insertion or guest post, Link insertion is more better, Because you can save time on writing content, But make sure to insert your link on top ranking pages (According to your niche targeted) so, the link have more value and authority passes to your page.

I think it is the reason why the homepage sticky plugin is not used.
Of course, for some low-competitive keywords, Quality PBN posts that do not use the homepage sticky plug-in can be ranked on the first page of google.
 
Guest Posting - Posting fresh Content on those sites with your links.

Link Insertion - Editing already existing articles with our keywords.

You will try both the link insertion and the new article on high traffic guest blogs

because more authority you can get from link insertions

Both kind of links will be more effective
 
Both, in some sites guest posting is cheap and in some sites link insertion is cheap.
 
Diversifying your link profile with both guest posts and niche edits is a good strategy.
