Guest Posts or Link Insertion?

Hello guys,

I hope everyone is doing great.

I've had my website for over three years but I'm just recently taking it serious.

I've only made cents but I'm excited to make my website grow.

I reached out to so many websites to guest post but the majority ask for an insane amount, some also offer link insertion (which is cheaper).

I'm just wondering is link insertion better than guest posting? What would be the difference?

Would love to know your opinion.

Guest Posting - Posting fresh articles on those sites with your links.

Link Insertion - Editing already existing articles with our keywords.

Recommend to get both source of links if possible. Don't use exact main keywords as anchors. For link insertion go with long tail keywords.

Recommend to diversify your link profile by getting links from various sources.

Using both will help you a lot. To get cheaper price links use fiverr and do some research to buy links do not buy from the one on the top do your digging. Gems most of time do not know how to sell and they spend their time in getting good sites to sell. So find people with less orders but good sites. Also use facebook groups to find cheap rate high quality sites for guest posts. If you reach directly from google they will charge you a lot.
 
It is easier to get niche edits ( Link insertion ) than a guest post and it is cheaper too.
It is already indexed and have gained some traffic with exiting links ( if it is a good sit).

But in guest post, you have choose the site to be relevant and have to prepare the content from the scratch.
So, considering time and money, link insertions are good.

But guest posts serves you in its unique way.
 
Both are good, but will give first important for Link Insertion
 
I prefer both but my major choice would be Guest post to drive organic traffic.
Link insertion saves your money and time.
 
Both links imo as you need to have different kind of links in your backlink profile. Though Link insertion is easy and powerful as you just need to naturally embed your link in an existing aged article which already have Authority!
If your website is informative and has decent content then point out the same to these bloggers and try to reduce quoted price.
 
If and only if the content for the link insertion will be as relevant as the guest post, then it would be better,
since aged pages rank better usually, google put more value into them :)
 
What about links from the hundreds of different high DA social sites? Do those links carry any weight?
 
Use a mix of both as part of your link building.
