*** GROSS PROFIT: Defined as profits before taxes and amortization ***

The title is a little deceiving but wanted every to read this and offer some insight.

I had an idea to develop the "limited" risk $100K $250K ($300K, $500K Whatever) pay day.

I need some feedback on this offer I'm building for a client....

What if...

There was a way to get a $250K contract that was backed by a reputable companies and you have a supply, and distribution deal for set region. And lets say this business required maybe 10-15 hours a week of your time, and management, processes, and systems were outsourced.

And lets say you could buy the business setup, contracts, and revenue generating for under $100K + royalties.

Heres the kicker ....

What if all you had to do was pay $5,000 down, and put the other funds in YOUR own escrow with whatever law firm, or 3rd party escrow agent everyone could agree on. At the end of 30,60,90 days or whatever you will get an entire business setup with LLC, corporate structure, bank accounts, merchant account, call center reps, scripting, everything to fulfill the contract. And the business will already be generating $ when you take over at around $250K net a year. Only costs would be the entry which is held by a lawyer until all documents, legal, revenue etc was delivered, and financial "Audited" by a cpa to sign off on.

And you have to kick up 25% of the "gross profits" every year to the parent license company.

Would you do it If you had the money?

What features could I build in to make it even better?

Am I under charging or overcharging?

FAQ:

1. Yes the product is legal
2. This would be a US based operation
3. The consultant HAS done it himself several times, but wants to expand faster. And honestly enjoys his freedom, and wants to turn his network, contacts, and contracts into residual money. More residual money.
4. Yeah its $25K but dang your making $250-$300K a year. Broke players go home, this is business.
5. The escrow would be with a REAL licensed lawyer, not funny business when we deliver a revenue producing business contracted and ready to go.
6. Yes it will really require 5-6 hours a week.

Feedback I'm looking for ...

1. Interesting ways to get people interested to do it
2. From a marketing, perspective what features, or benefits am I missing or need to add
3. Any feedback or suggestions

Key Points

- Lawyers are involved, real ones. Bring your own to the party. Scammers don't have attorneys.
- Yes I have my own damn money, I'm not looking for investors. I'm selling my system.
- The money is ESCROWED until all performance pieces are delivered.
- Kinda like a franchise. I'm licensing my system to people with the money, and brains to run it. No it's not for noobs.
- Offline Business

why on earth would you set this up for someone else to profit in then?

The Question is a bit like "would you give me $10 for a $50 bill"?

Hmmmm.......where's the catch?

The immediate thought I have is that this sounds a bit dodgy. If you can make $250k a year why saturate your market with competition for $25k?

I'd go for it no problems...but something doesn't seem right?

"if it looks too good......................"

Agreed and his "like shis freedom, passive income" just doesn't seem right. I'd love it to be true but I'd go over with a fine toothcombe. Amd don't start with the "your too negative, if you do nmot seize on the opportunity it's gone, He's looking for a certain partner only..." Because then I would walk away. But let's see where it goes.

in fact....my spider senses are tingling I am out.....

I've paid $25k for a $7k month "business" so it's not a problem. Just wish I could find a couple more ike it.

He probably don't have the money to start with, but he haves a working method.Insteed of trying to "sell" the method for 25k a year, you could try to find an investor, create a business plan, and ask for x% return each month after the business starts making profits, for let's say 3-5 years.

I actually tought at this a lot before you made the thread.See,as you I have a business plan wich requires 3k investment. You get all your money back on the 4th month max,and on the following 2 months (month 6) you'll already doubled the money and getting only profits on autopilot.

So,If you find an open mind investor let me know, and you may have a spare of profits :)

If someone guaranteed me I would make 250k(or 300k? you change it) from 25k(or 50k? sometimes you write 25 and others 50k) then I would call them a scammer and run like hell.

I have to agree, this offer makes no sense to me. If i had a product that could make $250,000 with a $25,000 investment. I would borrow the money anyway I could. Create 1 make $250,000 and next year make 5 more, and then hire somone to run it for me. Sounds very MLM to me.

yeah I'd like to know any bizz where you can "guarantee" profits these days.

Maybe that's why not everyone succeeds in business.

Are people illiterate.

Money: I have the money, and clearly in the posts put I've done it myself several times.

#2: Did everyone miss the piece of the escrow attorney of their choice and the money is escrowed till turn key system delivered?

#3. The same concept as a franchise. You pay an upfront fee to license the brand and business, model then you pay royalties.

So in that light is McDonalds a scam, subway, Jimmy Johns?

Yep. .... Hence why most of the posters on this thread are non-vip, or donor contributors to the forum.

Takes money to make money people.

Stop using hypotheticals or clean up your your pitch at least. It's way too hard to understand.

So you're saying that YOU want to sell your specific licensing (middleman) method that makes you 250k/yr for a one time fee of $50k?

Fuck that dude take 10% off the top for life and call it a day.
