Hi guys, to those who have experience with these tools, could you please help me out.

If i plan on manually creating my web 2.0 platforms for my tier 1 links, do I need UD?

From what i understand UD = tier 1
GSA = tier 2, tier 3.

So if im creating my tier manually, do i just need GSA. How important is it to use scrapebox with GSA also? Or will GSA alone be enough?

Thanks people.

Ask yourself "If i do all my tier one manually, do i need UD for my tier one?"(Hint: No).
Definitely use gsa as tier 2 and you can use scrapebox as tier 3.
I would advice you to use SB for AA comments as tier 3.

GSA is perfect for tier 2 and 3. If you said you'll create manually tier 1 why do you need UD?

Just what i thought, but wanted to confirm (incase i was being a dumbass).

Ive read so much on here that tier 1 should be manual, so why do people use UD?

Also, to go along with GSA, im thinking I would need a spinner (thebestspinner is what im looking at)

So, SB,GSA (with captchasniper i believe its called) & thebestspinner is everything id need for a tiered link building campaign?

Thanks for the speedy replies btw people.

Websites that you want to post on are hacked they have downtime, updates the site structure and so on..The point is that the site is not reachable atm or because of the site update UD does't know how to post there anymore. That means that will be low success rate, people do manually because of the 100% success rates, they know what to do next, UD any other tool does not know that.
Example you want to post to 10 sites.
Some of them are updated some are hacked and some are down, only 1 is the same.UD will have a success rate of 1/10 sites (10% success rate)
Manually: you will be able to post to all websites only to those not that are down.(example: 2 sites are down 8 able to post.Score 8/10 that is 80% success rate)

Hope you understand the point.

Don't buy into all of this [insert software here] = [insert tier #] nonsense. They are both software just with different websites to submit to.

At the end of the day, what matters is the content. High-quality content = tier #1 (for optimal results). Any quality = tier 2 and beyond.

So use either (or both) software for any tier.

Instead of UD for your tier 1 links, you can just stick with just GSA and use SEREngines with it, covering all your tiers.
Scarpebox is a different tool that has many different uses, every blackhatter and non-blackhatter should have it.

I have GSA and scrapebox which i purchased for the sole purpose of tier link building.
I started with building links manually and found out that making even 2nd tier manually will take ages, forget about the third. I bought these softwares only because i know what they will do for me and how will they help me building my links. Not because everyone is using them.
Find what type of campaign you want to run and then ask what can you possibly do to automate/speed your process. Dont jump into these softwares unless you know what to do with them. just my 2 cents

Scrapebox + GSA + TBS is a great combo imo.

But if you're trying to rank a website (instead of videos) you will need a source for
relevant, high pr links. Do not try to rank a site without them. Also, you can set the
filters on GSA real high, and build links slowly / directly to your money site.

GSA should not cause problems to your money site. Its just a tool.
Same thing with scrapebox. Very few people use it to filter obl, check pr etc etc.

So often times tools develop bad reputations when those reputations belong to the
users.

If you're trying to rank videos instead of sites. Then the technique is completely
different. In those cases you can send loads of low quality links and not run into any
problems.

So what exactly is UD good for?
Cause recently I got UD and GSA trying to rank my Tier 1 and 2 sites.
Looks like I'll be getting scrapebox soon too

creating WEB2.0 give more powerful results when compare to creating with tool. My suggesting always create a WEB 2.0 manually and for other tier's you can go with tools for link building..

Best way to do it would be manual spinned content on your tier 1, allot of web 2.0 that can't be automated by the usual seo tools. If you wan automation on your tier 1 you could go with zenoposter or ubot, but there is a learning curve involved. Use something like Licorne or GSA on tier 2, and SB on tier 3 + XR (if you have the budget and have many sites) if not GSA and less filters will do it.

Doesnt matter if youre using GSA or UD or your hands for T1. What matters is how you do it. You can create really Good T1 with GSA if you use manually spun content e.g. (same is true for UD ofc).

But its true that GSA is good for T2/T3 because it hammers out links like a beast (and mass is, what counts on these Tiers)

Thanks guys very useful. I don't think UD is necessary then as i plan to do all tier 1 (web 2.0) manually.

I hadn't actually thought about working to rank my videos in the serps using these tools, as i thought the latest youtube algo update meant that minutes watched was now the deciding factor, not links back to the video.I could be wrong however.

I host a youtube channel with all my original content so if this is the case then i could start doing that also.

Thanks people.

So looks like im going to get SB*GSA.

To confirm however, i also need spun content for GSA, or not?

To confirm however, i also need spun content for GSA, or not?

Yes, because it doesnt have an inbuilt spinner. I also played around with lightly spun content (around 60% unique) with good results. This is worth a try if you want to have readable content and dont wanna spend hours spinning it. You can even do that with Wordpad if youre on a budget :)

Ive just been reading that GSA uses spinner chief. Would this (at least initially) mean I don't need to buy the best spinner?

GSA incorporates spinner chief it does not come with spinner chief.

But don't buy The Best Spinner, there is a better way to get it that I can't post on here so I'll pm you.

What you should do is get -

GSA
SB
Captcha Breaker

I started off using GSA w/out Captcha breaker and although it works, it will work A LOT better WITH CB.
It cost more than GSA ($117) but trust me when I say its a wise investment. That software can save
you thousands of dollars on Captchas in the long run.

I will pm you now about TBS.

I personally have had very low success rate with UD thus i dont prefer UD as Tier1 due to low amount of links it creates. You can think for PR1 + sites submission to contextual links for Tier1,

If you make them yourself then you don't need any tool at all.

If you do make them remember not to just use the open source (cookie cutter" platforms that tools like GSA and Sick post to.
Make sure to use all the high PR custom sites that are apporpriate (Wordpress, tumblr, blogger, livejournal etc) If you're going to make them all yourself you might as well do it properly... it takes no longer than doing it badly and just choosing the open source platforms (which often are "here today gone tomorrow - taking your links with it).

If you are only promoting one site or only doing this once then no need for any tool at all for first tier. Every 12 weeks start again making a new set of accounts, then going in them say once a week to post new content some with linksoften with no link - or none self serving links to avoid account closure) and pointing your new links to inner usl's
I started this way and it worked. 1 1/2 days a week updating all my first tier with new content and links then creating a new subset of profiles every quarter and starting again worked fantastically. I used the methods I mention in thje post below (back from when that's how I worked) IT is a great way to work particularly if you only have one site with only a few URL's to promote. :)

Creating 50-60 accounts with decent help (content fillers etc) and then populating them properly will take no longer than a day or two and is well worth the effort. It's the content that will win it for you in the long run.

Here's a post I did ages ago on creating your own first tier (yeah I know - and I promote UD - go figure)

Talking of UD I get around 85-90% success with my lists of PR2 or greater sites.

I provide my members with the actual account details of the test runs I do (user name - password - title of post - URL - and in some cases even the email address used)
You can actually go into the sites and see the accounts and content yourself that I created while testing - usually within the last 48 hours before the lists were published.
If a site won't let you do that - I take it outta my lists..PR2 or greater sites on Article, WEB2.0 and WIKI total about 700 - all with these proofs. 700 PR2 or greater sitres all with proofs - Hell if you need more than that you better be promoting amazon dot com itself otherwise you are going to be in overop HELL :)

SENuke is about the same idea really. My VA is using nuke as another SE guy on micronesia has an outsourcers license chair going spare (100% legit - he pays for a full outsourcers with nuke - just doesn't have enough people to work for him yet) and he let her use it.The lists that were suppied were bloody terrible. I scraped and tested about 500 good sites - now I have a list of 500 sites of which - at any given sitting 450+ work

Motto: Crap lists are crap :)
