GSA / UD For tiered link building

If you make them yourself then you don't need any tool at all.

If you do make them remember not to just use the open source (cookie cutter" platforms that tools like GSA and Sick post to.
Make sure to use all the high PR custom sites that are apporpriate (Wordpress, tumblr, blogger, livejournal etc) If you're going to make them all yourself you might as well do it properly... it takes no longer than doing it badly and just choosing the open source platforms (which often are "here today gone tomorrow - taking your links with it).

If you are only promoting one site or only doing this once then no need for any tool at all for first tier. Every 12 weeks start again making a new set of accounts, then going in them say once a week to post new content some with linksoften with no link - or none self serving links to avoid account closure) and pointing your new links to inner usl's
I started this way and it worked. 1 1/2 days a week updating all my first tier with new content and links then creating a new subset of profiles every quarter and starting again worked fantastically. I used the methods I mention in thje post below (back from when that's how I worked) IT is a great way to work particularly if you only have one site with only a few URL's to promote. :)

Creating 50-60 accounts with decent help (content fillers etc) and then populating them properly will take no longer than a day or two and is well worth the effort. It's the content that will win it for you in the long run.

Here's a post I did ages ago on creating your own first tier (yeah I know - and I promote UD - go figure)

Talking of UD I get around 85-90% success with my lists of PR2 or greater sites.

I provide my members with the actual account details of the test runs I do (user name - password - title of post - URL - and in some cases even the email address used)
You can actually go into the sites and see the accounts and content yourself that I created while testing - usually within the last 48 hours before the lists were published.
If a site won't let you do that - I take it outta my lists..PR2 or greater sites on Article, WEB2.0 and WIKI total about 700 - all with these proofs. 700 PR2 or greater sitres all with proofs - Hell if you need more than that you better be promoting amazon dot com itself otherwise you are going to be in overop HELL :)

SENuke is about the same idea really. My VA is using nuke as another SE guy on micronesia has an outsourcers license chair going spare (100% legit - he pays for a full outsourcers with nuke - just doesn't have enough people to work for him yet) and he let her use it.The lists that were suppied were bloody terrible. I scraped and tested about 500 good sites - now I have a list of 500 sites of which - at any given sitting 450+ work

Motto: Crap lists are crap :)

Scritty

Absolutely great response. Ive tried to steer clear of the forums the past weekend so i can get on with work as opposed to reading, reading, reading and not working.

Ive just opened your link to read that guide now.

To clarify, the second round of web 2.0s you build 12 weeks later, do you think these to your money site, or to your tier 1? In turn making the sites you create after 12 weeks tier 2.

Thanks mate

Manual + Automated way doesn't affect the quality of your backlink. It's the content that you are putting in that is going to be the judge of the quality.

Google doesn't judge a quality of a backlink by how you register, create and post on the site.

When someone says MANUALY Web2.0's they mean only manual spin, right? It's quite annoying to register and login everytime you create a new property.

Here's what I would suggest:

First start by manually building the web2.0s. When you get a good feel for it, move over to UD. As for tier2/3 you can use GSA.

Scrapebox you can use to make better GSA lists faster, but really - Scrapebox has so many of helping you in your SEO efforts, it's a must to get.

I thought this meant creating accounts manually, along with the content. I am a noob however so could very well be wrong.

Thanks, that what im trying to do at the moment everything manual, so I get a feel for it and then i'll automate.

Can GSA Create web 2.0 accounts, or would I need UD for that?

This x 2

You don't need UD to create Web 2.0s. GSA can help you do that. The fact that a lot of people consider UD as a "tier 1" link building tool is just because its less powerful or less automated (whatever you want to call it) when compared head to head vs GSA.

Update-
So my money keyword is now sitting at rank 2 in google ( no longer just UK) so things are looking good for that.

My new site isn't showing anywhere in the top 100. Its been live for about 2 and a half weeks so im a little concerned, although links thus far to the site are almost non existant, as ive focused on getting content on before building links. Ive began to build web 2.0's in preparation.

I've trialed GSA and like it, im gonna get it. I need to watch a few more videos to fully understand how to get the most out of it however.
