It hardly happens that you can get indexed in less than 6 hours running GSA SER.

GSA SER no longer works as effectively as it used to a few years ago. As the web is increasing at a fast pace, the search engine bots have started optimizing their crawling budget which simple means that you can't expect every content on the web to get indexed. Some kind of filtering is always there to prevent crawling seemingly irrelevant links. So what is the solution? Use any link indexing service to make a force indexing of the links. This method also is not fullproof but better than using any automated Desktop solution. You can expect a success rate of 70-80% max.
Another method is to ask the website owner to request indexing in his Search Console (in case site in not yours and you have only arranged a link for your client)
A good tip is to use Screaming Frog to pre-check whether link is indexable or not. In case of bulk links, it helps a lot to check them quickly. Link indexing is becoming difficult and innovative solutions are required to ensure timely link indexing. So don't depend on any one strategy or software for it.

There are no pocket friendly options in SEO anymore, imo.

Everyone pretty much already answered your questions, just to add I recommend using blog comments to with low OBL and no spam to index your other links from GSA. Still recommend to use an indexer as well if you want to reach maximum index rate

If you want sucess with gsa or any link building automation
use quality content
use quality data (emails / proxies / decent captcha rates )
use quality targets ( premium link list services / scraped and sort for low obl and spam check for 3rd party metrics (PR is no more so use have to choose alternative like ahrefs / majestic / moz etc )
After all you need QUALITY MONEY SITE
then BOOM!

GSA is good but bit complicated to run over , only good for tier 2 and tier 3 links for indexing buddy .

For me, I wouldn't use GSA SER for indexing backlinks. There are other more effective tools for indexing.hello guys sorry for my bad english

1st Q : is GSA SER able to index backlinks ( not my website links )
2nd Q : can i be indexed in less than 6 hours running GSA SER in a Vps ?

This is a dependable message.
When GSA SER runs out of targets to post, this message appears, indicating, as the error states, that there are no targets available for posting. If it's a link list, then there are no more remaining links to post; if you are scraping with GSA itself, then there are no scraping targets available, which may be due to a temporary IP block or other factors.
If you are using a link list service with Dropbox, then this error is not something to be overly concerned or worried about, as this message comes and goes since GSA automatically syncs with new targets to post whenever it updates with Dropbox syncs.
Should we worry about the message? It depends on the situation I have mentioned. GSA SER errors won't disappear even if the issue is fixed, so make sure to check the error notification dates, how often it happens, and whether it is really alarming or not.
