GSA SER - Help

just brought gsa ser few days back and not able to get out any of it, please any one suggest me some gsa ser tutorial or manual.I already checked official and youtube options but they are no much clear.

1. i create new project (social bookmarking) and give url & its meta.
2. get proxies form online
3. provide my gmail email id test it successfully
4. after that put the project in to active and hit start button

It shows 50 submitted and verified 0. How can i verify that ?

I also have The best spinner and Captcha snipper how to integrate them with gsa ser.
Any help is pretty useful for me , thank you black hat world members

You need to key in the captcha code that they are giving you to verify the link.
