My info its a bit old but i think you can scrape mails/phone numbers or data with scrapebox, create spun articles , comments, article submission, expired web 2.0 usernames like blogspot, livejournal, tumblr, proxy harvest etc

Normally people would be buying a tool for a specific job they have, I think you may have the whole thing backwards.
There is plenty you can do with either but you need to figure out what you want to be doing and then see if either will do that for you really.

As @jimbobo2779 said; you’ve done it the wrong way around and I don’t think it’s going to be easy making any money with those tools just yet- especially considering you’re having to ask the question.
Those tools are useful when it comes to blackhat seo though. So i’d Go back a few steps and start looking at the blackhat seo forum in here, then read up on building and ranking sites.
Work on that and you might eventually find a use for these tools that you have, but it sounds like you’d be better learning the basics first, and the stuff you can do without tools.
