It has a built in spinner as well, but a third party spinner is most likely going to yield best results since spinning is what they specialize in.

Not for money site but you can tune the settings up nicely to output the content for varying degrees of readability and quality. For instance, I don't like mixing sentences from different paragraphs of different articles because it makes no sense, but you can mix up sentences in the same paragraphs of the same article and mix these paragraphs with other paragraphs of other articles. Then after scraping and processing you can go through the content and add or delete data etc. It's the best content creator I've come across so far.

This just makes the articles where you can put your backlinks in them, but this doesn't actually post the articles.

That is correct, however, you can have it publish articles to your own WP sites.

I've never used Expired Article Hunter so I can't really answer that. You don't need anything extra for it to work, you just select expireddomains as a content source and it will scrape the content.
