Growing a website with unlimited funds

This doesn't make any sense.

With unlimited funds you can buy Google.

For SEO it's pretty fast. I'm not even talking about making money from month one.

What you're asking is a bit all over the place, you seem to be saying 'unlimited funds' but you're also asking to start profiting within a year. Essentially asking how can you get unlimited funds+$1 in a year. Even if numbers are to be placed, no one can give you the exact thing to do. It'll all come down to you, your personal style.

Everyone could recommend the very basic and simple outline; Buy content, buy links. For some, that'd return a 1000% ROI for others it'd probably be a loss. If the funds are unlimited as you say, take the dive and start working and adapt to your results.

My answer is based on your "unlimited funds", maybe not unlimited, but at least couple of thousands.

If your question is simple as " the fastest way to build a niche site and earn"

You even do not need the answer from us:

1, find some low competition keywords (30-50 in same niche or even 5-10 is okay for small site )
2, write some medium-high level contents
3, build some shit seo / PBN / Guest Posting

Earn.

The forum is full of these things...

I think u already got the answer from this thread.

If you want to build a "small" site, just go for normal routine, find easy keywords, buy some good contents, left build PBN or buy guest post links, and wait to earn.

If you want to build a large authority site, you should prepare spend a lot of real cash. Think how many contents you want on this site, how much money u can spend on it, and then choose a "niche" fits your requirement. Left is buy contents, buy whitehat links, etc.

Sadly, there is no quick way in 2018, its gone forever. If you want to "quick earn" in 2018, the only way, find very very easy keywords and build around it... But easy keywords normally not earn that good. (but when you can post 1 million....)

And I’m not talking about making money from month one either. It’s 3-4 months after you ranked your site.

Besides you’re also asking how long it’d take to break even.

If I had "unlimited funds", why on earth would I be spending my time buying websites.

In this day and age with google algoritms the way they are. Its not possble to build a high profiit site from scratch in 3 months.

The way to go is to buy a profitable site with potential for expansion

So say you buy a site with $5,000 PM income for $100.000

All the basic SEO will be done and you will probably be ranking for low level keywords

Now you will need to know how much is the monthly budget the present owner is spending on keeping his position and improving ranking

Now saying not to use adwords is a stupid economy

Its the cheapest way to find out what are the most profitable and cheapest keywords to rank for
Also it will save you a lot of time and money not ranking for keywords with low profitabilty.

Once you have all this information you make your plan

A SEO and content Budget making sure you are using quality content and building qualty baklinks at a steady pace

A Social media budget to build your brand and gain awareness, also to make sales

Finally adwords and other ppc programs FB ads ,etc To cover all your monthly costs

Your profits will come from organic traffic

Having an unlimited budget or enough money to do this is obviously the easiest and best way to do this

Of course if you don,t know what your doing or push too hard and get your site deindexed by google
Then you will lose not only the time you spent but a lot of money as well

You don't need an unlimted budget to do this method. but you do need a lot of knowledge
Or a team that knows their job
and this is not cheap
