Yes you can use for crossposting with the same IP. As noted, reddit allows you to have multiple accounts. If you face an IP ban for spamming (VERY rare) then all your accounts using the IP could be banned, but otherwise it is no problem. Crossposting is a normal reddit feature and it is normal to use a different account for this purpose. You are not violating any rules with this. With account creation, I just find a disposable email service that works with reddit (might have to try a few because they block many) and create an account inconito mode.

I think I am going to start out with 5 accounts on my one IP address. I am going to build the karma on those accounts up and then decide later if I want to transfer those accounts to a different IP addresses. I might also just buy corresponding Gmail accounts to set up new accounts with. That way I have access to the email accounts as well as the reddit accounts. I really want these accounts to stick. I have a feeling having 10 accounts that stick for a long time is going to be more valuable to me than 100 that are sketch.

- datacenters rotating proxies work well for account creation
- I used freshly created accounts to upvote my posts and it worked great as long as you are using clean ips
- if you post a link, always look at your post from another account to see if the post has not been shadow banned.
- There are websites that show you old reddit posts sorted by popularity over the past years, you can copy them and repost them to get huge karma. Works great in any big sub (r/funny, aww, ask reddit, etc) you can get 10k karma in a few hours.

I don't know dick about reddit but it seems like 10k is a bit far fetched for a few hours. That being said, I think even 1k would be totally worth it in a day. I want to build up my accounts to at least 1k karma. I also want to age the accounts a bit because it looks hight sus if the accounts are 3 days old and have 1.5k karma on them.

So if you crosspost more aggressively, you'll obviously get more subs.
I think the most time consuming task is finding relevant subreddits which allow crossposts.

PS: I also think, timing of crossposting plays an important role as you need to crosspost when most of your audience is online/reddit.

I have several hours a day I can dedicate to this project. I would like to see something tangible by the end of the year. I am hoping for 10k subs by the end of the year. I think I could crush that but that is the working theory I have at the moment. Crossposting is going to have a huge part in the growth of a subreddit.

I don't have one specific result I am looking for when it comes to reddit other than to make money from it. Whether that comes in the form of growing accounts and then selling them, growing a subreddit and selling, using my accounts/subreddits to build out a platform... I might do it all lol.

I really look forward to seeing what sort of tricks I can learn. I know posting on reddit is a trick in itself. My hopes is that with some high karma accounts I should be able to post in some subreddits that will give me the benefit of the doubt because of the karma. I don't need this project to pan out quickly so I can take the time to invest into a subreddit and build up relationships before attempting to leech out what I need from it.

I agree with you from what I have seen. That is the main reason I want to build out a subreddit where I have the control over what gets posted. I want to use several accounts with good karma to crosspost to other forums. I also am going to use those accounts to build up some rep in those subreddits.

My main account - 300+ karma gained

I might post account growth everyday as well as subreddit growth because I really don't know how else I will show progress in this journey thread.

Well yesterday went rather well. It was my first baby step into Reddit and I was happy to see some results. I know this journey is going to take a long time to see any sort of results from monetarily and I am OK with that. I don't need this project to pan out tomorrow so I have the time to learn what I need to so that I can be successful.

Yesterday I set out to figure out how to grow karma for an account. I'm sure other people could get thousands of karma in a single day but for me to garner 300 karma was encouraging. Since my main account already had 400+ karma, there was no need to work hard to get that initial karma so that you can post to subreddits with karma restrictions. I did post to a free karma subreddit but you really have to post a lot and comment a lot to make progress from my first initial results with working with that subreddit. This is still the easiest way to get your account from 0 karma to 50+ karma and 50+ comment karma you need to post to other subreddits. I was able to just post to /aww and to 3 other subreddits to get 300+ karma. If I dedicated posting to a whole slew of subreddits I have no doubt I could get north of 1k karma in a single day.

My next small step is to make 4 more accounts to use on my single IP address. I don't know if you can use 5 or more accounts on a single IP but I am going to try it out. I have seen from posts above that you can have 5 accounts on a single IP address. I have also seen that you can have basically unlimited accounts as long as you don't attempt to upvote your own accounts. Since upvoting doesn't fit into my strategy at this time, I don't need to worry about that. I can theoretically transfer accounts to new IP addresses at a later time. For now, I want to create 4 new accounts and get karma rolling on them. I want to comprise a full detailed method of creating accounts, a list of subreddits needed to grow karma on those accounts. I want to be able to have a step by step guilde on how to create accounts all the way to those accounts being ready to crosspost and even upvote.

I still haven't picked a niche. I know this is taking longer than what is needed but seeing as this is critical to the project, I really want to take my time. I have some ideas on the criteria of what I want out of a subreddit. I want it to be in a niche that is big enough to crosspost in a metric shit ton of subreddits. Because I want the niche to be big, I want a niche that I can spin several relating subreddits off of the original. This is why I like the gaming niche because you can spin off different subreddits based off of gaming niches and then down even further into the exact games themselves. I also like adult subreddits for this same reason because you can niche down so far.

This is a deep dive into reddit. That also means for me that I am looking for as many ways to milk Reddit for money. I would like to look at selling account maybe through a BST as well as subreddits. That's why its so important for me to understand how to grow accounts as well. This is BHW and if I learn this platform at the expert level, there could be an E-book in the future. The sky is the limit and I totally intend to profit as much as I possibly can from it.

I am also looking into a future upvoting panel. I have heard that not all accounts are considered the same when it comes to upvoting. Accounts that have higher karma are weighted more heavily when it comes to how much love is given by Reddit per upvote. I don't know if that is true or not but I expect to have several hundred accounts that will have 1k+ karma. I might just keep the accounts and use them for a premium upvoting panel or just a simple upvoting panel.

If you guys have any questions or want to leave some advice, I will gladly take it. I am humble and know I don't know dick. Right now I am willing to try out any and all theories.

I'm certain you can get 10k subs by the end of the year if you spend 2 hours a day. But again, it depends on your niche and demographics. You might get over 100k subs.
Look... on the day I post in my BORING niche... I get roughly 20 new subs (just from 1 post), that's 20x180=3,600 subs by the end of the year. If you have 2 hours a day, you can easily crosspost 4-5 posts every day.
I was bored now and crossposted, Friday night is definitely the worst time for my niche.

PS: I also try to use big(ish) subreddits (only know 2 in my niche) which allow to crosspost. 1 banned me so I use another account to crosspost there. I just keep slowly adding reddit accounts using tor + temp mail.

Sorry, have to add here.
1. You shouldn't worry about karma so much as if you post decent stuff on your subreddit and then crosspost, you'll be getting karma naturally.
2. Interact with your subs, reply to their comments/posts and give them the awards, reddit gives you for free. Vanity and reddit... so you have to stroke their egos.
3. Have been using Tor for over a year for account creation. No problem.
4. And... just like with SEO... when it comes to titles... questions seem to perform better.

I joined reddit 3-4 years ago and started posting links and got banned in 5 minutes and always thought that reddit is not for me.
After joining BHW and reading here i decided to go on reddit and i opened a nsfw subreddit there and started crossposting. I have it at 4k members now but havent been using reddit for months. I got to 4k members in 2 weeks or something. I got all that in 10 minutes of work or something like that.

Something i did and i think would be good if you tried is that after i chose to open the subreddit in nsfw the best thing i did is i opened it like a general nsfw niche and not going something like lesbian or anal.
Why this helped me is because instead of going into one niche and crossposting many posts into 2 or 3 big subreddits i opened a general niche and i could post 4-5 posts in my subreddit and then crosspost into 3-4 subreddits in lesbian niche and then crosspost the other post in 3-4 subreddits in anal niche and other niche too so in this way i had like 20-30 subreddits where i could crosspost and not spam them but crosspost only 1 post per day.

Most of the time I spent working on this project today was in account creation. I created 3 addition accounts but then stopped before creating the final and forth account. I got the warning "You have been doing a lot of that, slow down and wait x minutes" or something to that effect so I just stopped. I don't think it really matters a ton if a day lapses between the account creations at this time.

I was able to even get some massive karma on the second account. I don't think I am going to push this too much as I don't really need to get these accounts to massive karma levels at this time. I only need to know how to create the accounts and how to generate Karma on them.



I got this image from the wayback machine. https://web.archive.org/ I dialed the time back to 2017 when /aww first hit big and plucked a ton of images and titles from it and put them into a file. I think I'll build up the file by date and get a few hundred images in it. I can then rotate images for new accounts and get enough karma on them to be able to cross post or upvote later.

I posted this exact same image into /funny and some ass hat called me out on it. I then got sucked into a flame session with said ass hat. You really know you shouldn't do that but they make it so easy and suck you in. Ducher ended up reporting my post before I even commented on his ass hatery and got my post taken down. Its all apart of the game but between me and you guys, I would love to take some of them into a dark ally and introduce them to my louieville slugger.

I can personally now attest that you can start a new account and post some old highly upvoted shit and it will do well. Who would have thought a clever line and a bunny eating could get me 1.4k karma and a flame war in the same day, but ma-fuck'n-a it was a hell of a day on Reddit for this Brah.

I am getting a new puppy tomorrow so I don't know how much of this project I will work on tomorrow. It would actually be a great day to nail down a niche and really deep dive into what does well on Reddit and see if we can hammer out a home run of a niche.
