Grow IG account with phantombuster

So I want to grow the account with follow/unfollow method.
I want to ask will the account get suspended if using phantombuster launch repeatedly to follow/unfollow, let's say 50 profiles every 6 hours so it does not hit the cap in 24h.

Yes, there should be nothing to worry about. Just make sure to stretch that time from 6 hours to 8 hours and down the numbers a bit - perhaps to 40. And do this once in 24 hours.
