Grow during shadow ban?

Can i still grow my account during a shadow ban? Will shoutouts prolong the ban time? Got hit with a phone verification for not warming up and going too quick and now i am shadow banned.

Also will this shadow ban effect my account in the future? I bought this account with 5k real followers and follow unfollowed 100 people and commented on 5 peoples posts then this happened.

The shadow ban may drop, or, it may not. Your account's age and activity will determine that.

Also, no. During a shadowban, it's increasingly more difficult to scale the account.

Its a risk that isn’t worth it if you have more than 3k followers.

F/u 100/day + 5 coments shouldn't raise a ban.
I don't believe there is something to explain in there.

I am running 2 other ig accounts on phone and doing up to 500 f/u then switching accounts to do more maybe thats why.

I am also liking 2 posts on everyone i follow and the comments was more like 2 comments on 5 pages, so 10 altogether. This was first time i logged into new account on my ip and device.

You can still growth your account with shadow ban. You can send traffic with other accounts to your main account however only 1% of them or more depends on your SB will see your posts. I would suggest on;
Engage with your audience -- Like their comments, answer to their DMs block ghost followers and pray
