I don’t get it…. Do you mean there are marketplace offers which *give away* secret methods on how to monetize subreddits??

… Like we supposed to sell pinned posts? Wouldn’t that destroy the *perceived value* of a subreddit? And wouldn't we be destroying what we worked so hard for (especially in regards to a SFW subreddit) by doing that??

Could anyone elaborate a bit more on feasible ways to monetize a subreddit, without inciting the ire of mods?

This method is long term, but you can steadily grow a subreddit by mass crossposting. The main issue with the method is if you put your links too early in the sub, it may be banned. You should grow the sub until it has a consistent user base, only then you add the links to automod/pinned posts.
