ayee hey, welcome aboard to the blackhat world! this site is probably the best one for SEO. NOt much for PPC and CPA, but yes, for other methods and SEO, its honestly amazing.
i want to clarify something. you're gonna be losing money before making money first if you're starting out. and making money without money is possible but to much hardwork. i am saying this by experience. before starting with white hat SEO, try blackhat SEO and then switch to whitehat as this would give you a more in-depth understanding of things. also black hat SEO is great for churn and burn sites.

also, in your menu, click main forums, and then there will be all the categorized forums you don't usually see in your menu. take your time to explore those and read sticky threads. it would also not hurt for you to find all jr.exec vip and exec vips, and stalk them. yes stalk them for the threads they have posted. they are exec for a reason.
another thing i've learned as i myself have started out is that results, espiecally in SEO, take time. AND in many cases, testing. no one discloses their true method for obvious reasons but many have contributed as to how one must THINK in the right direction. blackhat SEO doens't take much time but its churn and burn.
If you want something much quicker to make money. you can check out PPC marketing. you run adverts for offers on bing or adwords or 7 search. this one takes money. sometimes lots of it. because you have to optimize your landing page, your ad, see what bid is best. but once you're done with it you bank a lot of money. and once you master ppc making money for you wouldn't be difficult at all. there aren't many PPC threads over here but there are on other forums such as cpaelites .
another thing, message experienced people, ask them, best to find a mentor, i haven't yet but mentors are just brilliant for you. join groups, like minded people. that helps a lot. don't constrict yourself to the fourm
check out franklin hatchetts youtube channel and his blog, onlinedimes. he gives a lot of value. join his group too. there are other youtubers as well who are great. add this person. he's very helpful honestly.

once you keep reading over here and once you understand how the money is made, your brain will start linking everything and you'll feel confident to start. when you do, don't be afraid to lose money. if you fail, thats a good sign, if you don't, thats a sign of luck. the more you fail the more you learn the better you get. a time will come, when you will start banking HARD. but there is a lot of pain involved in that path. but once you achieve it, things get much much easier.
