Im pretty sure its not new but want to share something im doing with ppl on here, because hey it still works.... but im working with local pizza shops around my city, i have flyers that promote the netflix free 30 day trial offer and they slap the flyers on all of their boxes that get picked up and delivered. The flyers also have 4 specials that the pizza shop is running so its pretty official. Call to action is something like Enjoy Free Movies with your Hot pizza! Visit link below to recieve any dvd you want shipped to your front door FREE for 30 days. Thats not how i worded it exactly but you get the idea. one pizza shop averages 500-600 boxes delivered each week. so thats 500-600 flyers per shop per week. im only working with one shop right now, but the numbers will be enormous once i start doing this with 4 or 5 shops, think about it 500 boxes per week per shop, 5 shops is 2,500 boxes/flyers out per week! a lousy 10 percent of those 2,500 flyers sign up for the free trial which is 15 dollars where i have it right now. thats 250 sign ups which will equal up to 3,750 per week. thats 15k per month! I mean its totally doable, just give the pizza shops 10 percent at the end of the month, and profit like hell!~

Thats a great idea. I almost always grab a pizza when I watch a movie, and with companies like Hollywood Video going out of business their customers need a new place to get movies. I may try this once I have some extra cash to print some flyers.

this is just a great idea. :)

offline subaffiliate with tons of essentially free targeted traffic. there's like no way this could not work.

really awesome idea. the problem with your math however is that you will be getting repeat customers so your profit will go down each month. But still a great great great idea that im certainly going to implement as soon as I move towns.

EDIT: Is there an Australian equivalent for this offer?

Tell them you are a direct affiliate of Netflix and it is an exclusive offer that they can't get access to.
 
thanks guys, yes this method is very profitable, there will be repeat customers but it really doesnt matter if you keep building up more and more pizza shops, after you have really locked down all the piza spots in your immediate town, move to the next town, why not??? All i know is PIZZA and MOVIES is the most matching combo ever, and the netflix offer is perfect for it, the customer pays zero dollars for 30 days of free movies. the pizza boxes is just a great way to target movie lovers and get throught their front door.
 
yes like outsidethesquare said, i called the shop which is a pizza shop that has about 8 shops throughout my city, i called him and said I do marketing for netflix, have you heard of it? yes, well im just calling to offer you a joint venture with a delivery box flyer campaign. We are offering free 30 days to netflix. I will provide the flyers and all you have to do is put them on the boxes. Pizza and movies are the best match so both of us will profit from this.

They will have no reason not to be on board, i mean their not paying anything therer just collecting money...tell them you will cut them a check for 10-20 percent of profit at the end of the month..

That's a great way to think outside the box. It's perfect for offline marketing while tapping into the online marketing.
Other thing is what the idea can take others like myself to "spin" it and market other services that are complementing to each other.

Also, it's a good reminder that there are many ways to make money if you are creative with what you have and most importantly take action.

Such a great method! Netflix just expanded to Canada like 2 days ago so it's a perfect timing to start using this method.

What a brilliant method! The landlord of my business property actually owns a pizza shop right on a college campus. Just might have to put something together!!
 
Which cpa network offers netflix though? I checked azoogle, clickbooth and maxbounty and none of them offer it...
 
Definitely a pretty cool little method man. I might even try it out since I have many pizza shops in my town. Can easily make a decent amount of cash within the first few days of doing this.
 
Great idea,
now at the end of the month you meet with the owner/manager and show them your earnings for the month? Then you cut em a check right there?
 
Sounds like a crafty method to me. The numbers sound a little high for me though. 10% seems pretty lofty. Have you done any testing. Whats the going rate for 500 flyers these days? Good luck!
